After being turned down by two other companies, having a third one not pick up their phone, I called Act Now. A car came and dropped me off at the train station, quickly and with no problems. The other companies like to time their cars around the train schedules - smart on their part but inconvenient for me as a consumer. This cab company is willing to pick up and drop off on their customers' schedule. A+++ rating from me!

I can't believe this. I called at 3 am on a weekday to pick me up from a train station. I was told they have none available. The lady on the phone didn't even think I deserve an explanation. How can you possibly be out of cabs in this sleepy town. Exactly how many people are taking cabs at night??! 0 stars!
