love it 15 minutes in and out
Brought paperwork to office in JULY for my mom. Office claims they never received it, even though it was handed in in person and it is stamped by them. They cancelled my disabled mom's check. There is NO direct number for their office online, meanwhile I was able to reach an ALBANY office in less than 15min. The number they advertise is the national number. I waited over an hour only to be told, go to main office. When you go to main office you just get a number and wait for next available person, even if you ask for a specific person that has helped you in the past. Also, how can you schedule an appt. With a specific person if you can't call the office directly??!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT... We are TAX PAYERS who have earned our SS CHECKS This NOT A FREE HANDOUT
