We have had such great experiences with Gentle Care Pediatric Dentistry, Dr Markos and his staff go the extra mile to always make me and my daughter feel comfortable. I have recommended Dr. Markos to many of my friends.
After hearing about great experiences that a friend of my daughter had, I decided to make appointments for both of my kids. I’m so happy that I did. Dr. Markos and his staff are AWESOME, and the office is modern and clean! My kids don’t even complain about going to their appointments :-)
The service is Great my niece said that they are very nice and kind! Best dentist overall too bad he does not cater to adults! :-(
I would give a zero if I could. Dentist submitted to insurance work that was NEVER done by him. The bill submitted to insurance was not the bill I received. When I called to speak with the Dr the office manager was beyond nasty and would not allow us to speak directly to him. We called numerous times to try to rectify things and she hung up. I've never come across such an unprofessional office ever. I never returned and told my insurance about what happened. Beware!
