Best place for car repairs
Worst mechanic ever. I have been waiting 2 months for them to replace the turbo in my car. Horrible business practice. They won't even call me to give me an update on my car. I was told by the owner Muhammad that my car was taking up space and was completely unapologetic about my situation. i paid for the job already over 2 months ago and still don't have my car. The first time they fixed it the part they replaced went bad within a few days. When they sent the part back they sent the hardware to install it with the defective part. They received a new part about a month later and tried to make me pay for the parts they sent back with the defective part. The latest from them is that they got the part and the hardware but my car that has been sitting at their shop for over 2 months is making another noise and the part they replaced twice may be defective again. Long story short and I am leaving a lot out, DO NOT use this place EVER!!! Ps I have wrote the better business bureau and the citgo corporate office and will be filing formal complaints as well filing a small claims action. I waited 3 months to get my car back calling week to week showing up unannounced and couldn't get my car back. Tara Rosenblum from news 12 called them on Wednesday and my car was miraculously ready to pick up on Thursday. Thank you Tara!!!!!!!! Don't use these guys but if you do it's always good to know what a great job news 12 is doing for the people of the Hudson valley. No one should be taken for a ride with no regard like I was.
